The Karnataka executive on Thursday issued an order handy over the investigation into Mangaluru blast case to the Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA).
The state executive has written to the Ministry of House Affairs recommending an NIA investigation into the case, state House Minister Araga Jnanendra stated in a commentary.
Consistent with executive assets, the Further Leader Secretary within the House Division in his letter to the Union House Secretary stated the state police has invoked phase 16, 38 and 39 of the Illegal Actions (Prevention) Act.
“As it is a scheduled offence underneath phase 6 of the NIA Act, 2008, the subject is being submitted for additional vital motion,” the ACS wrote in his letter to the House Ministry recommending an NIA probe.
The Karnataka Director Basic of Police Praveen Sood had stated that the NIA and different central companies are already operating with the state police in cracking the case from the day one even sooner than getting a proper route from the Centre.
On November 19, an explosion came about in an autorickshaw inside of Kankanadi police station limits, injuring the passenger and the driving force.
