The incident happened when a gaggle of 17 devotees from Shivpuri district, heading for a temple within the neighbouring state, was once crossing the river on foot thru a shallow stretch, stated an authentic

3 individuals together with a girl drowned and 5 others went lacking whilst crossing the Chambal river on their approach to Rajasthan in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena district on Saturday morning, police stated.

The incident happened when a gaggle of 17 devotees from Shivpuri district, heading for a temple within the neighbouring state, was once crossing the river on foot thru a shallow stretch, stated an authentic.

3 devotees, then again, drowned, whilst 5 others went lacking, he stated.

All of the devotees have been from Chilwada village of Shivpuri and heading for Kaila Devi Mandir in neighbouring Karauli district of Rajasthan.

Police and rescuers from Rajasthan too have been on the lookout for the lacking individuals, officers stated.
